Sunday 10th August 2008
First of all, I am so sorry for taking a few days to update this, but I have been so busy!!
Ok so Sunday morning came around again, and knowing my choirboy was still on holiday, I did contemplate not going to church, but then I reminded my self that church was not just for a bit of Sunday morning delight!
I still arrived earlier than everyone else, habit I suppose. It was a lovely morning so I
decided to have a walk around the grounds. Well! That turned out to be the best idea I’d had in a long time!
As I walked round the corner of the church, there in front of me was the most stunning Adonis I’d ever seen! Stripped to the waist, his muscular tanned body glistened in the sun, I thought I might faint!
Turned out he was the church groundsman and his job was to tender to the gardens and graves, as well as cut fresh flowers for the church displays.
Anyways after a bit of a chat and if I’m honest, a little flirting, he asked me if I’d like to help him carry some flowers into the vestry! Of course, how could I refuse?
I won’t go into details about what happened, but needless to say, he knew how to handle his tool! And my Sunday was significantly brightened!
